For 31 years in the floor covering trade, I am extremely grateful to have found Synterra Health and the person who introduced it to me. I have been using Synterra AM/PM since April, '09.

For many years in the trade I work in, there's been a lot of twisting, turning, crawling, pulling, pushing. It's taken a toll on my body and mind. The AM/PM formula has relieved my pain/soreness. Prior to finding Synterra, I had problems with sleep - falling/staying asleep. The PM solved that problem.

Finally another important thought, I'm learning to take better care of myself. Taking better care, being more responsible about my health. Wellness is very important.
